FRANKFURT, July 11 (Reuters) - Most German industrial power clients are set to face higher electricity bills following a nearly 10 percent year-on-year rise in the energy users group VIK price index this month, VIK said.
The association's monthly price index for medium voltage clients, the lion's share of German industries, rose 9.95 percent to 111.12 in early July compared to the same month in 2002.
Month-on-month, the index increased by 3.41 percent, it said.
