BERLIN, April 21 (Reuters) - Employers and workers' representatives in Germany's engineering and metalworking industry have agreed to wait until early May before seeking a new wage deal, a newspaper reported on Saturday.
Citing sources involved in negotiations, Der Tagesspiegel am Sonntag said both sides had resolved to wait until the period in which unions are obliged to desist from industrial action expires on April 28 before thrashing out a pay deal.
