German metals wage talks reach deal-employer source

SINDELFINGEN, Germany, May 4 (Reuters) - German union IG Metall and employers in the engineering and metalworking sector have agreed a new pay deal, though details have still to be finalised, a source from the employers side said on Friday.

The source said the accord would be formally announced at a joint news conference held by the two sides at 1130 GMT.
