BERLIN, May 8 (Reuters) - German Economy Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg said on Friday he had a positive view of the planned merger between carmakers Porsche and Volkswagen .
"I think it has clear potential," he said in Berlin. "We will surely look closely at the details. I am everything but negative about what's developing here."
