HAMBURG, Dec 4 (Reuters) - German new car registrations fell about 3.3 percent in November, extending the year-to-date decline to about 1.7 percent, an industry source familiar with the statistics told Reuters on Tuesday. (Reporting by Jan Schwartz, writing by Andreas Cremer.)
