FRANKFURT, Dec 8 (Reuters) - Germany's VDA auto industry association said on Monday the number of new passenger cars registered in Europe's largest economy rose one percent last month to 258,000 vehicles. German manufacturers produced 512,200 cars in November, up two percent, while exports also rose two percent to 363,700 cars.
