DUESSELDORF, Germany, May 27 (Reuters) - There will be no final deal to rescue General Motors German unit Opel agreed on Wednesday evening, according to the state premier of North Rhine-Westphalia Juergen Ruettgers. Ruettgers said that instead there would be an effort to provide a framework for a solution between governments in Germany and the United States. But he said it was unclear if that would succeed.
