BERLIN, Sept 14 (Reuters) - A grim report from U.S. bank Morgan Stanley on German rail operator Deutsche Bahn [DBN.UL] does not sink plans for a stock-market flotation in 2006, a German government official told Reuters on Tuesday.
"That's a snap-shot. It does not necessarily mean the knock-out for the schedule, but it is a clear warning signal," said the senior official who did not want to be named.
The report from Morgan Stanley is expected to be released next week.
