German state in talks to sell stake in MAN unit

FRANKFURT, July 20 (Reuters) - The German state of Baden-Wuerttemberg is in exclusive talks with Nordwind Capital to sell its 50 percent stake in SHW, a unit of German industrial group MAN AG , its finance ministry said on Wednesday.

The state expects that a sale of both its stake and the 50 percent that MAN holds will be completed by the end of this year.
