THYSSENKRUPP
The CEO of Russian steel company Severstal denied a report that his company was in talks on a possible merger with ThyssenKrupp. [ID:nL09220183]
Separately, shares of United States Steel Corp. surged 8 percent on Friday after Russian news agency Interfax reported that ThyssenKrupp was interested in buying the company. [ID:nN08381238]
