Germany to agree on VW law on Thurs-SPD

BERLIN, April 23 (Reuters) - Germany's ruling coalition will agree on a law to shield carmaker Volkswagen from takeover on Thursday after months of bickering, the Social Democrat parliamentary group said on Wednesday.
