BERLIN, Oct 23 (Reuters) - The German government will move quickly to change a law shielding carmaker Volkswagen from takeover following a ruling by the European Union's highest court, a Justice Ministry spokesman said.
"We will start the legislative procedure immediately in order to make the changes," the spokesman said.
