BERLIN, Jan 3 (Reuters) - Germany's highway toll is working without a hitch, with none of the traffic chaos that the trucking industry had forecast would follow its launch this month, government and industry officials said on Monday.
"We've won the first stage," Transport Minister Manfred Stolpe told reporters at a visit to a service station near Berlin on Monday, although a full picture is not expected until after the first 100 days.
