BERLIN, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Germany's environment ministry said on Wednesday it would push for higher diesel engine emission standards in the EU in a move which could boost sales of exhaust filter systems in Europe's largest car market.
German Environment Minister Juergen Trittin announced the plan during a visit to a German diesel particle filter system maker owned by U.S. auto-components maker
