Germany KfW says not talking to Daimler on EADS

FRANKFURT, April 7 (Reuters) - German state-owned development bank Kreditanstalt fuer Wiederaufbau [KFW.UL] dismissed on Friday a newspaper report that it was in talks with DaimlerChrysler about acquiring part of the carmaker's stake in aerospace group EADS .

"We deny that we are speaking with DaimlerChrysler about buying EADS shares," a bank spokeswoman said. DaimlerChrysler will have a 22.5 percent stake in EADS after selling a 7.5 percent holding next year.
