Germany leaves Opel aid open if GM keeps firm

BERLIN, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Germany has yet to decide whether it could offer financial aid for European carmaker Opel if the company remains with its U.S. parent General Motors, German Finance Minister Peer Steinbrueck said on Wednesday.
