BERLIN, April 6 (Reuters) - Trucks without diesel filters may have to pay higher highway tolls in the wake of growing concern about air pollution from diesel fuel particulates, German Transport Minister Manfred Stolpe said on Wednesday.
Stolpe said rules covering the toll should be amended in such a way "that we can have a higher toll for trucks that put out a lot of soot."
