BERLIN, Oct 15 (Reuters) - German Economy Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg said on Thursday that talks with the European Commission on carmaker Opel were "constructive" but that issues remained to be resolved before a sale to Canada's Magna could be signed.
"We can only sign when we're in agreement," Guttenberg told Reuters in Berlin. "There is still a constructive dialogue."
