Germany says had no contact with SolarWorld on Opel

BERLIN, Nov 19 (Reuters) - The Chancellery has not had any contact with Bonn-based SolarWorld AG over its planned offer to acquire the plants of General Motors' German unit Adam Opel, a government spokesman said on Wednesday.
