BERLIN, March 8 (Reuters) - The German Finance Ministry said on Saturday it was sticking to its plan to increase taxes on the private use of company cars and denied a report that Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder was ready to drop the controversial measure.
"We are sticking to the measure, even if the Bundesrat (upper house of parliament) stops it," a ministry spokesman told Reuters.
