BERLIN, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Germany will decide in the coming days whether to give approval to Toll Collect to go ahead with a much-delayed highway truck toll this year or to end ties with the would-be operator, Transport Minister Manfred Stolpe said on Wednesday.
