BERLIN, Dec 9 (Reuters) - The German government will not seek to make up from elsewhere tax revenues lost due to a ruling by the country's top court earlier which said the abolition of a tax break for commuters was unconstitutional.
"Even if we don't agree with the substance of the ruling, its implementation can at least be used as a positive impulse for the revival of the economy," said Finance Minister Peer Steinbrueck and Hesse state premier Roland Koch in a statement.
