FRANKFURT, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Germany has billed the Toll Collect consortium 1.3 billion euros in lost revenues and other fines after the group twice delayed the roll-out of the country's road toll collection system.
But the group, led by Deutsche Telekom , and with DaimlerChrysler and France's Cofiroute as its other members, said there were no grounds for paying damages.
