BERLIN, Sept 9 (Reuters) - The German government is seeking over 4.5 billion euros ($5.48 billion) from the Toll Collect consortium for delays to the introduction of a road truck toll system, a government source said on Thursday.
The demand is higher than the 3.7 billion euro payment the government had said it was seeking in July.
