FRANKFURT, July 16 (Reuters) - The world's biggest car parts maker, Robert Bosch, is buying a 40 percent stake in Indian car brakes maker Kalyani Brakes from Kalyani Group, doubling its interest to 80 percent, Bosch said on Saturday.
