FRANKFURT, Dec 10 (Reuters) - German cable operator ewt agreed to buy rival BN Breitbandnetze, a unit of engineering conglomerate Robert Bosch [RBOG.UL] to create one of Germany's biggest cable companies, ewt said on Friday.
