FRANKFURT, March 19 (Reuters) - German state development bank KfW Bankengruppe [KFW.UL] has no plans to take a stake General Motors' German unit Opel, KfW's Chief Executive Ulrich Schroeder told a trade magazine on Thursday.
"There are no signs that we are to be allocated a holding," he told VDI Nachrichten in an interview.
