FRANKFURT, Dec 4 (Reuters) - German automotive parts supplier Mahle agreed to buy insolvent U.S. rival Dana Corp.'s engine parts operations that generated revenue of around $670 million in 2005, Mahle said on Monday.
Dana must receive approval for the transaction from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the company added.
