BERLIN, Oct 28 (Reuters) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Sunday ruled out introducing a national speed limit on motorways, as proposed by her Social Democrat (SPD) coalition partners. "That is not going to happen with me," she said in an interview on German television, restating her party's long-held stance.
