Giti Tire adds Citigroup to handle $300 mln HK IPO -scrs

HONG KONG, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Giti Tire Co. Ltd., the largest tyre manufacturer in China, has added Citigroup to handle a US$200-$300 million IPO early next year in Hong Kong, sources close to the deal said on Thursday.
