LONDON, Sept 24 (Reuters) - British engineering firm GKN Plc said on Friday it had agreed to form a powder metal joint venture in Shanghai with the Shanghai Automotive Company.
"The JV will produce complex powder metal components to support the growing Chinese automotive and industrial markets," GKN said in a statement.
