GM CEO does not see Delphi-UAW deal closing by year end

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., Dec 13 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. Chief Executive Rick Wagoner said on Wednesday he does not expect a labor deal with bankrupt former supplier Delphi Corp. and the United Auto Workers union to close by the end of this year.
