GM could make new Buick in Germany-newspaper

FRANKFURT, Jan 27 (Reuters) - General Motors could shift production of a new Buick brand model to Opel, its German unit, possibly in return for not producing new Saab cars in Germany, a German newspaper reported on Tuesday.
