GM Europe to cut 950 jobs at UK plant - employees

LONDON, May 17 (Reuters) - General Motors will cut 950 jobs at its Ellesmere Port plant in Britain by offering workers voluntary buy-outs or early retirement, a body representing the carmakers' European employees said Wednesday.
