NEW YORK, Nov 17 (Reuters) - General Motors Co priced shares in its initial public offering at $33 per share, at the top end of the range, two people familiar with the matter said.
It sold 478 million common shares, raising about $15.8 billion. GM also sold $4 billion worth of preferred shares.
