NEW YORK, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Two months of talks between General Motors Corp. , Renault SA and Nissan Motor Co. have resulted in little progress toward a possible alliance, the Wall Street Journal said on Thursday in its online edition, citing people familiar with the matter.
