DETROIT, March 29 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. on Tuesday said it had no comment about a report saying the head of its operations in China had suddenly stepped down. "We are confirming nothing at this time," said GM's chief spokesman Tom Kowaleski, when asked about the fate of Phil Murtaugh.
