CHICAGO, June 29 (Reuters) - Trucking and logistics company Con-way Inc. said on Thursday that automaker General Motors Corp. wants to buy Con-way out of a joint venture. The San Mateo, California-based company said General Motors intends to exercise its right to launch talks to purchase Vector SCM LLC, a joint venture launched by Con-way unit Menlo Worldwide LLC in December 2000 to deliver logistics services for GM's global supply chain.
