WASHINGTON, Sept 17 (Reuters) - General Motors Acceptance Corp., the financing arm of auto maker General Motors Corp. , filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission to periodically sell up to $2 billion in demand notes, which are unsecured and unsubordinated debt obligations of GMAC.
