Goetze India to consider rights issue on June 30

MUMBAI, June 23 (Reuters) - Goetze India Ltd. said on Friday its board would meet on June 30 to consider a rights issue of shares.

Shares in the auto parts maker were up 2.9 percent to 315 rupees in a weak Mumbai market.
