FRANKFURT, Aug 24 (Reuters) - Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. needs three years to get its U.S. tire business back on track to healthier profits, Chief Executive Robert Keegan told Germany's daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in an interview.
