Group 1 Automotive to sell $250 mln convertibles

NEW YORK, June 19 (Reuters) - Group 1 Automotive Inc. , which operates 95 vehicle dealerships in 12 U.S. states, said on Monday it plans to privately sell $250 million of convertible senior debt maturing in 2036.
