LOS ANGELES, Nov 21 (Reuters) - A group led by the founder of National R.V. Holdings Inc. said they are offering about $92 million to buy the maker of recreation vehicles. Robert Lee, the company's chairman emeritus and founder, investment bank B. Riley & Co., and its affiliate, SACC Partners L.P., are making the proposal through CC Acquisition Group Inc., a newly formed entity.
