MUMBAI, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Gujarat Setco Clutch Ltd. said on Tuesday its board had approved issuing 1.25 million equity shares to New Vernon Private Equity at 120 rupees each.
It said wholly owned unit Setco Automotive (U.K.) Ltd. will acquire the Lipe Clutch division of Dana Automotive Company Ltd.
