WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 (Reuters) - Harman International Industries Inc. , a maker of high-end video and audio equipment, on Monday reported a 35 percent rise in quarterly profit as strong sales of systems for cars offset sluggish growth in home and professional selling markets.
