Harman International posts sharply higher earnings


WASHINGTON, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Harman International Industries Inc. , a maker of high-end video and audio equipment, on Wednesday reported a sharply higher quarterly earnings on bigger sales, citing strong automotive audio business.
