Hi-Tech approves bonus share allotment

BOMBAY, March 22 (Reuters) - Hi-Tech Gears Ltd.'s board has approved an allotment of 4.69 million bonus shares, which are being issued in a ratio of 1:1, a company notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange said on Tuesday.
