Hyundai Group plans rights offer for Hyundai E&C buy

SEOUL, Dec 20 (Reuters) - Hyundai Group said on Monday it is planning a multi-trillion won worth rights issue via a French unit of Hyundai Merchant Marines to finance its acquisition of Hyundai Engineering & Construction .
