SEOUL, July 27 (Reuters) - South Korea's Hyundai Motor Co. and German electronics manufacturer Siemens AG have jointly bought a 43.24 percent stake in car parts firm Hyundai Autonet for 237.1 billion won ($231.3 million), a state agency said on Wednesday.
The state-run Public Fund Oversight Committee said in a statement that Hyundai Motor and Siemens would pay cash to buy the stake in Hyundai Autonet .
