SEOUL, July 29 (Reuters) - Hyundai Motor Co , South Korea's top automaker, said its quarterly net profit rose 71 percent to a record high, beating estimates on healthy demand in the United States and China. Hyundai, which with its affiliate Kia Motors Corp is the world's No.5 car maker, reported a net profit of 1.39 trillion won ($1.17 billion) in the second quarter, versus a consensus estimate of 1.1 trillion won from 23 analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.
